There are three ways for managing your listings in Linnworks. Each method has its own aspects and it is best to familiarize yourself with all of them to choose the best option for your system.
- Map existing listings to Linnworks inventory
- Extract Inventory for Amazon and eBay
- Create new listings via Linnworks
Mapping existing listings
Existing listings from selling channels can be mapped to the corresponding stock items in Linnworks via Inventory Mapping. With this method, no configurators or templates are required. Linnworks can update stock levels and prices on the linked listings.
Full details on mapping listings to inventory can be found here.
For eBay and Amazon, information from listings created directly on the channel can be extracted to create a listing template in Linnworks using the Extract Inventory tool. This will provide the same or a similar level of control as if these listings were created via Linnworks depending on the specifications of the channel and listing type.
Full details on the Extract Inventory tool can be found here.
Create listings via Linnworks
Linnworks has several listing tools for creating and managing listings on different sales channels. The process of listing creation can differ depending on the specifics of the channel. To start creating listings, the channel must be integrated into Linnworks and inventory items need to already exist in the system.
When creating listings via Linnworks, you are able to manage the following on each listing template:
- Stock levels
- Shipping methods
- Payment methods
