Open Orders: The Quick Filters Panel

Go to Orders > Open Orders and click filters v2 to open the panel with quick filters. The Filters button allows you to apply additional temporary filters to the current view to quickly find open orders that match certain criteria. 

See below the quick filters that are available in Open Orders. Each filter also has subfilters.

Note! The availability of filters depends on the enabled fields in the Editing ViewFields, Sorting & Filtering screen.

To use quick filters:

  1. Click the Filters button.
  2. Click downarrow v2 to open filters and subfilters.
  3. Check checkmark the required subfilters. Checking the subfilter twice will display cross and will work as a reverse filter. 
  4. Click the Apply button.

The Filters button always indicates how many filters are applied to the current view.

Use the Clear All ClearAll button to uncheck all currently selected quick filters.

Date

The Date filter allows you to filter orders by:

  • Received date
  • Despatch date
  • Scheduled delivery date

Received

Use this filter to group orders based on the received date.

  • Date range: check the filter and select the date range to group orders received between specific dates. 
  • Over X days: this filter works as received over X days ago. Check the filter and specify the required number of days.
  • Under X days: this filter works as received under X days ago. Check the filter and specify the required number of days.
  • Today before: check the filter and select the time to group orders that were placed before the specified time. 

Despatch date

Use this filter to group orders based on their despatch date.

  • Date range: check the filter and select the date range for orders which need to be despatched then. 
  • Overdue: check this filter when you need to display orders with the overdue despatch date. Note that this filter checks orders based on the date (the time is not checked).

Scheduled delivery

Use this filter to group orders based on their scheduled delivery date.

  • Date range: check the filter and select the date range for orders which need to be delivered then.

Channel

The Channel filter allows filtering out orders from specific selling channels. Open the filter and check:

  • Source: the channel the order is from. For example, Amazon, eBay, etc. This filter also includes DIRECT orders (orders created manually in the system).
  • Subsource: the specific channel integration the order is from. For example, you may have two different eBay channel integrations: EBAY1 and EBAY2.

There is also a numeric indicator of how many open orders are currently available from a specific source/subsource. 

Shipping

The Shipping filter enables you to filter orders by:

  • Shipping service
  • Weight
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label errors

Service

Use this filter to group orders based on their shipping service. These are grouped by the service provider and then the service itself. If an order does not have shipping service, it will appear under the None subfilter.

Weight

Use this filter to group orders based on the weight of the ordered items. Check one of the options below and specify the weight.

  • Greater than
  • Less than
Note! Units of measurement are displayed in accordance with the default weight setting in General Settings.

Packaging

Use this filter to group orders based on their packaging type. Open the filter and check the packaging group and type to filter out orders.

Errors

This filter helps you to find orders that have printing errors. This way you can fix errors and reprint shipping labels in a timely manner. There is also a numeric indicator of how many open orders have a shipping label error.

Destination

The Destination filter allows you to filter orders by the destination country. To use the filter, open it, and check the country you need.

Note! The country list includes countries from Open Orders > Shipping Information only.

Totals

The Totals filter allows you to filter orders by the total cost or the shipping cost of the order.

Total cost

Use this filter to group orders based on the order total cost. Check one of the options below and specify the cost.

  • Less than
  • Greater than
  • Equal to

Shipping cost

Use this filter to group orders based on the shipping cost. Check one of the options below and specify the cost.

  • Less than
  • Greater than
  • Equal to

Folders

The Folders filter allows filtering orders by the folder they are in. To use the filter, open it and check the folder you want to filter orders by.

Flags

Use the Flags filter to filter orders that have a specific order tag assigned. Using this filter, you can also group orders that are locked or parked.

Items

With the Items filter, you can filter orders based on item characteristics: 

  • Item sums
  • Has unlinked
  • Has composites

Items sum

Use this filter to group orders by the sum paid for the items. Check one of the options below and specify the amount:

  • Less than
  • Greater then
  • Equal to

Has unlinked 

This filter helps you quickly spot orders that have unlinked items. There is also a numeric indicator of how many open orders have unlinked items if there are any in Open Orders.

Has composites 

This filter helps you quickly find orders that have composite items. There is also a numeric indicator of how many open orders have composite items if there are any in Open Orders.

Availability

The Availability filter allows you to quickly find orders that can or cannot be fulfilled. The following filters are available in the Availability section:

  • Can fulfill
  • Insufficient to fulfill all
  • Cannot fulfill

Status

Use the Status filter to filter orders by the order status: 

  • Paid
  • Un-paid
  • Resend

Checking the filters above twice works as a not filter. For example, an order is not a resend.

Printing

Use the Printing filter to quickly find orders that have or do not have specific order documentation printed. This filter includes:

  • Picklist printed
  • Shipping label printed
  • Invoice printed
  • Shipping label error

Checking the filters above twice works as a not filter. For example, the picklist is not printed.

InvoiceNotPrinted v2

Pickwaves

The Pickwaves filter enables you to quickly filter out open orders based on the status of the pickwave they are added to. Click the arrow placed next to the filter and check the box for:

  • In active pickwave: allows to quickly find open orders that are in an active pickwave.
  • In completed pickwave: allows to quickly find open orders that have been a part of a completed pickwave.

Checking the filters above twice works as a not filter. For example, orders are not in the active pickwave.
