Order Refunds

Linnworks allows users to record refunds in the system for reporting purposes. Apart from making internal system records about a refund, some channel integrations also allow sending the refund information back to the channel

In order to send refund info to a channel, you need to enable the following setting in the integration: Settings > Channel Integration > Edit Channel Details > Order


Please Note! This feature is available only for the following channels: 

  • Amazon
  • Back Market
  • BigCommerce
  • Flubit
  • Magento 2
  • Mirakl
  • Shopify
  • Walmart

For other channels, the refund in Linnworks will allow you to keep a record of it in the system, but the actual refund will need to be raised and processed on the channel directly.

Note that for the eBay integration the Order Refunds setting is not available, only Cancellation Notes can be configured for this channel. More details here.
