Columns

Key Column Description
Daily Average Consumption Days  The number of days you want your Daily Average Consumption to be calculated over (max value is 90 days; the default value is 90 days). This value will be saved for the Consumption Period setting in Product Details > Stock Forecasting > Stock Forecasting Parameters.
Default Reorder Quantity Typical reorder amount for an item. It is normally influenced by business decisions. For example, better pricing for ordering at least X quantity from the supplier.
Additional  Historical Average Daily Consumption Add this column to the file when using the SpecifyConsumption model strategy. Specify the historical value for the Daily Average Consumption ratio.
  Lead Time Modifier

This is used to define uncertainty in Lead Time. The default value is 2.0.

  • Note! This is an internal model parameter and should not be changed unless there is a high degree of uncertainty in lead time. This modifier is not related to the variable lead time that can be imported via the Weekly Data import.
  Model Strategy

Use this column to import data for the stock forecasting method configured in the Product Details > Stock Forecasting > Stock Forecasting Parameters section.

The available methods are:

  • StockItem: use this stock item's consumption. In Linnworks UI, this is the This stock item setting.
  • Surrogate: user another stock item's consumption data. In Linnworks UI, this is the Alternative stock item setting.
  • SpecifyConsumption: specify a value. In Linnworks UI, this is the Specify Daily Average Consumption setting.
  Safety Stock Modifier

This value is used to adjust the amount of safety stock used to determine when to reorder. The default value is 2.5.

  • Note! This is an internal parameter and should not be changed unless there are significant short-term stock fluctuations.
Paid SKU The Linnworks Item Number as seen in My Inventory.
Additional Supplier Name Specify the name of the supplier when importing Lead Time Modifier.
Additional Surrogate SKU Add this column to the file when using the Surrogate model strategy. Specify the SKU the consumption of which you would like to use for stock forecast calculations.
Additional Surrogate Stock Location Add this column to the file when using the Surrogate model strategy. Specify the location of the item to be used for stock forecast calculations.
