Stock Item Linking (with channel locations)

This import allows the import of inventory linking information into the Linnworks database. Lets you load a list of SKUs and properties that map to this stock item from different channels with multiple channel locations, e.g. Shopify or Newegg. Stock Item Linking with channel locations1

Items linked via the Stock Linking Import (with channel locations) will also be linked within orders that are currently present in the Open Orders screen.

Available Columns

The available columns below have been grouped by similar fields for convenience. They may appear in a different order when exported. The order can be changed on the column mapping screen of the export configurations. For more information on this, please see our Column Mapping documentation.

Legend

Key Description
Compulsory This field is a compulsory requirement for import. The data must exist as a column in the CSV and be mapped to the named field.
Additional This field relies on dependent data that is a compulsory requirement for the import. If this field is included in the import then the dependent fields must also be mapped.
Forbidden When the field is included in the import, the additional named field(s) are not permitted to be mapped and included in the import. The inclusion of both fields in the same import will prevent the import from executing.

Columns - Stock Item

Key Column Description Dependent fields
Paid SKU Unique identifier of the Linnworks inventory item that requires linking setting up  
Paid Linked SKU Custom Label The SKU / Item number that is used to uniquely identify the product for the selected Source / Subsource combinations  
Paid Channel Location Identifier Channel Location ID i.e. the identifier number used by the channel to recognize the warehouse. Visible in Settings > Channel Integration > Location Mapping > Channel Location ID  Source / SubSource

Columns - Stock Item Linking

Key Column Description Dependent fields
Paid Source The Linnworks Source for the sales channel, eg Shopify/ NEWEGG  
Paid SubSource The Linnworks SubSource for the integrated Channel that you wish to set up mapping for  
  End When Stock This enables you to force the listing to end when the stock level gets to the specified amount as opposed to the default value of zero and will override the value defined at a global level by the specific channel config. More details on End When can be found here  
  Ignore Sync Set this to TRUE to prevent Linnworks from submitting Stock Level changes. This is not recommended as changes in stock level due to sales from other channels will not be taken into account increasing the risk of overselling. To disable the setting, set the value to FALSE.  
  Max Listed Quantity This specifies the maximum level that will be sent to the channel and will override the value defined at a global level by the specific channel config. More details on Max Listed can be found here  
  Stock Percentage This will send a percentage of the currently available stock level to the sales channel and will override the value defined at a global level by the specific channel config. More details on Stock Percentage can be found here
