Delivery Group - Add New Integration

This guide will explain how to integrate a Delivery Group account with Linnworks. Please note that this integration was developed as an external application by an external developer.

Before integrating your Delivery Group account with Linnworks you will need the following:

  1. A Delivery Group account and API credentials
  2. Accounts with the carrier you will wish to use in the integration, pre-configured Delivery Group
  3. Delivery Group Linnworks API credentials issued by Delivery Group

Quick Guide

  1. Go to Shipping > Integrations
  2. Click  Add Integration, select Delivery Group
  3. Agree to the 3rd Party Application Terms and Conditions
  4. Enter your Account Name and Review the information asked by Delivery Group
  5. Enter your Delivery Group Linnworks API credentials and click Next
  6. Click Close

Detailed Guide

  1. Open the Shipping Integrations Screen
    • Click on Shipping
    • Click on Integrations
  2. Add New Integration
    • Click on Add Integration
    • Select shipping vendor Delivery Group
  3. The Delivery Group integration was developed by a 3rd party. As such, we require to you agree to the terms and conditions for 3rd party applications
  4. Enter an Account Name
    • The account name is only required so you recognize the integration in
    • Click Next
  5. Enter your Delivery Group Linnwork API credentials, provided by Delivery Group,into the fields provided and Click Next
    • Test User Name
    • Test Password
    • Live User Name
    • Live Password
    • Client Name
    • Live Label Environment: With this option unticked, test labels will be printed, else will enable real labels to be printed
  6. Click Close to complete the integration 

When reopening the Config screen for the integration, you will see an additional section called Linnworks Custom Declaration - Sender Details. This section is used for the customs documentation. Full details are available here.
