The Support button on the side menu gives users access to different useful pages like our Support Center, Linnworks Documentation, Status Page and v4

Support Center

The Support Center link directs you to Linnworks Support Center homepage and logs you into the account automatically. This is the preferred way to access the support center as it ensures that you are logged in with the correct account.

In our Support Center, you can access Knowledge base articles and our Community forums, and create support tickets.

The Documentation link under the Support menu opens the first page of the documentation. Here you can find full documentation pages covering all features and functions together with steps for adding and using different Channel and Shipping integrations.

Our Documentation page also includes the Getting Started Guide designed to provide a short introduction for setting up basic Linnworks features for new users.

Submit feedback

The Submit feedback option enables users to give feedback about the system to the Linnworks team and provides shortcuts to our Support Center and Feature Requests forum. Clicking on the link opens a separate window. Full details on this window are available here

What's new

The What's new option under the Support menu displays your current version next to the title.LW version v2

Clicking on the option will open a Product Changelog window displaying short information on new features and improvements made in Linnworks. The Changelog is also available as a separate website page here and displayed on your Homepage.

Developer portal

The Developer portal section under the Support menu leads to our documentation for third-party developers looking to create custom applications or scripts that would work with Linnworks. The page leads to the Linnworks Developer Portal for any third parties looking to develop either account-specific or publicly available applications.

You can also find the Postman Collection of our most commonly used and basic API calls and a link to the Linnworks SDK Github for our sample code, sample projects and documentation.

Cookie settings

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. Websites use cookies to help users navigate efficiently and perform certain functions. Cookies that are required for the website to operate properly are allowed to be set without your permission.

The Cookie settings option opens a window at the bottom of your screen allowing you to change your consent for cookies that are not required for the proper operation of the website.

In the Cookie declaration, you can see an overview of both the strictly necessary cookies that are required for the website, as well as the optional targeting cookies.

Be sure to click on the SAVE & CLOSE button after any changes for them to take effect.

System status

The System status link leads to Linnworks Status Page which is updated whenever there are any large-scale issues with the system or if we have reports of any third party functions connected to Linnworks having problems or when there is scheduled maintenance that may affect your system for a short time.

The System status entry in the menu will also indicate the status of the system with a circle icon which changes colour and icon based on the current system status:

  • Green ✓ - all systems are operational.
  • Orange ! - partial outage; issues with some parts of the system or third party functions.
  • Red ! - major outage or large-scale issues affecting multiple users.
